How We Make Money

DVC Genie contains links to DVC resale brokers. If you click one of these links and later purchase a resale contract, the broker may pay DVC Genie a referral fee. This is how we fund the site.

What This Means for You

Our affiliate relationships do NOT affect:

  • Calculator results — the math is the same whether we have an affiliate relationship or not.
  • Which resorts we recommend — all 18 resorts are presented with accurate data.
  • Whether we suggest buying — our calculator will tell you NOT to buy if the numbers don't work. We will never recommend a purchase just to earn a commission.
